This luxurious home is situated between Lavrio and Sounio facing the temple
of Poseidon. It is a private residence of 170 sq. m.,
designed and decorated in a traditional Aegean style.
Entering the Villa, guests are welcomed to a spacious and cozy living room
with fireplace that opens onto a large terrace with outdoor seating and
breathtaking views. On the right side, you can find the kitchen and the dining
area. Next to the kitchen you can find the internal staircase. A few steps down
and you will find yourself in an area with one of the four bedrooms, a living
room and a WC, which can operate as a guest area or playroom for the kids of
the family.
On the first floor, one finds one master bedroom (en-suite) with private
veranda, one bedroom with double bed and private balcony and a third bedroom
with two single beds which has a window with sea and mountain view. Located on
this level there is also a family bathroom to serve the two bedrooms.
The villa has two different outdoor areas. One at the front and one at the
back side. In both areas, you can find a lounge and a dining area where guests
can enjoy a meal or drink while enjoying the most magnificent view of the
Aegean Sea as well as the breathtaking sunrise. You can also take advantage of
the private beach which is exactly outside the garden and can not be accessed
by the public! There is also a private parking.
It is fully furnished and equipped and targets guests who wish to vacate in
style and comfort as well as those who will appreciate its proximity to Athens,
the staggering beaches and its privacy. A few minutes away from the villa you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and a 24 hour bakery shop.
